  • Senior Consultants
    Location: Cross River, Lagos, Rivers
    Requirements:
    Candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies
    Ten to fifteen years experience in human resource, learning or financial advisory services. Between three to five years of these must have been in a well structured consulting practice.
    Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts
    Experience in proposal/bid preparation
    Track record of converting prospects to paying clients
    Experience in consulting project management and implementation
    Sound people management skills
    Excellent client management skills
    Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
    The successful candidates will be required to drive business within the framework of agreed budgets. They must be proficient in the management of existing and new clients. He/she will also be required to ensure short turnaround time on projects and deliver creative solutions to meet client requirements.

    Requirements

    Experience in executing HR/training/financial advisory projects,
