    The Role: BRAND MANAGER:

    The successful candidate will be required to

     o       Generates and applies compelling category, consumer, shopper and customer insights that leads to competitive business opportunities across the 4Ps

     §         Develops insightful, engaging and effective consumer communications, using all media

    §         Uses digital tools and media to understand and engage relevant consumer audiences to achieve brand objectives and drive sales

    §         Develops compelling brand propositions that drive brand equity and value

    §         Delivers short and long term brand strategy and direction

    §         Manages the 4Ps to maximize growth and profit delivery

    §         Drives on time delivery of NPD to market and manage products through their entire lifecycle

    The Person: The Right candidate must

    §         Have a degree  (preferably Marketing / Business Related Discipline)

    §         Have 2-3 years Brand Management experience preferably within FMCG

     §         Have NPD Project Management experience

    §         Have excellent consumer insight, innovation and NPD skills.

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (DETERGENTS)
    Soap and Detergent - Lagos


    The QC manager will lead the Quality improvement activity of the detergents business. He will be responsible for planning, agreeing and managing the outputs of the Quality Department against agreed business objectives maximising the utilisation of available resource and delivering those outputs to 100% standard of quantity, quality and time.  

    The successful candidate will be require to

    ·          Determine and enforce, through all functional departments, quality requirements in accordance with company and customer needs, based on current regulations and standards.
    ·          Develop and implement improvement programme to raise performance standards.
    ·          Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system, reporting on the performance of the system for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.
    ·          Work with Production, Marketing, Purchasing and other Technical personnel to identify potential opportunities for improving manufacturing efficiencies, maximising cost effectiveness for all raw materials and components whilst maintaining agreed product standards.
     ·          Provide leadership to the QA/QC department including operational QA support, budget and resource management.
    ·          Ensure that the production and quality control of all products meets the appropriate standards.
      

    The Person: The right candidate for this role must:
    Possess a M.Sc /B.Sc in Chemistry, or related fields
    Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts practices and procedures - familiarity with contemporary issues will be an added advantage
    Possess minimum of 10years  experience in a food  manufacturing company

  • HR Support Manager

    The Role:       HR Support Manager
    Ø    Supports in the recruitment, selection and placement of talented and capable individuals to fill roles (both from within and outside the Company).
    Ø  Ensures grievance and disciplinary procedures and practices are fair, transparent and complied with.
    Ø   Monitor the junior staff payroll and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.
    Ø   Coordinate induction programs for all new recruits.
    Ø    Assists in the identification of employee skills gaps to guide the development of knowledge and competencies. Ensure training records for all staff are maintained and kept up-to-date.
    Ø     Ensure timely collection of all appraisals and accurate analysis of results/ implementation of recommendations.
    Ø  Develop and maintain Skills Matrix Boards [Manual and Electronics] for the factory workforce by assessing employees’ current skills vis-à-vis required skill sets and initiate appropriate actions to upgrade skills.
    Ø  Schedule and coordinate proactive training initiatives.
    Ø  Effective coordination of all training logistics (venue, tea-break, lunch, traveling arrangements etc.) within and outside Lagos.
    Ø  Supervision of all HR administrative duties of the HR Supervisors. 


    The Person:  The successful candidate will be required to
    Ø  First Degree in any discipline preferably Social Sciences.
    Ø  Must be strong in the use of Microsoft Office.
    Ø  Excellent analytical skills.
    Ø Ability to work with minimum supervision.
    Ø  Ability to facilitate classroom training utilizing PowerPoint presentations and other recognized learning methods.
    Ø  Excellent written, verbal communication and report writing skills, ability to articulate thoughts, ideas and technical terminology.
    Ø  Exceptional Interpersonal skills.                       Ø  Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    Ø  Possess strong problem solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail.
