FINCA International is seeking an experienced and motivated procurement and administrative services professional who thrives in dynamic environments to be part of the establishment and management of FINCA’s regulated microfinance bank start-up in Owerri, Nigeria.

The Administrative Services Manager reports to the Chief Finance Officer of the company and has responsible for the establishment and management of FINCA’s Administrative Services function within the Finance and Admin department and for ensuring that FINCA’s procurement and administration activities and strategies support the FINCA subsidiary in pursuing its mission with a minimum of risk and a maximum of efficiency.  Specifically, the Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
·          General Management of the Administration and Procurement Function (20%)
·          Logistics and Procurement (40%)
·          Facilities Management (20%)
·          Administrative Function (10%)

Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in economics, finance, management, business, or related field
At least 5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of procurement or administrative management experience
At least 1 year of mid-level management experience
Proficient in MS-Office Suite (especially Excel);
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Igbo or other local language desired
