  • Junior Accountant
    Incumbent will work under the overall guidance of the Applicants for this position should be Nigerian
    Country Representative and under direct supervision nationals or residents who possess the following Of Senior Finance and Admin Officer.

    minimum qualifications:
    .Core responsibilities and tasks - University degree in" a relevant field
    - Assist in management of the KNCV field accounts (accounting/finance/business management).
    System, examines receipts and vouchers, coding and - More than 4 years of experience in accounting.
    Invoice entry, prepares payroll. Tracks expenditures, - Experience and knowledge of Nigerian Tax Laws.
    Accruals and reconciliations.
    - Demonstrable experience with accounting and
    - Maintenance of the KNCV petty cash accounts.
    Financial reporting in USG supported projects.
    - Will monitor all travel and other advance account.
    - Working independently.
    - Assist in all financial and procurement activities., - Excellent written and verbal English language skills
    including cash flow
    - Experience with accounting software packages
    - Ensures that all project incurred expenses paid for - Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office package.
    - Travels to field offices, training sites and other field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and locations when required working in a team.
    - Assist in annual audit process
    - Engages in financial and related tasks as required by
    the Senior Finance and Admin Officer and Country
