    General Purpose

    The sales capability Manager drives sales competencies to internal and external sales teams in the Area organization

    Main Responsibilities

    Responsible for deploying global process to improve sales competency and value selling capability of internal sales teams, Field force, retail sales staff, trade partners, consumers and trainers

    Lead the implementation of competency development including certification for Field force, trainers and retail assistants.

    Lead the facilitation and roll out keep change management programs like solution selling or WP boot camps. Facilitate roll out of account management related competencies in the Areas.

    Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency.

    Ensure internal sales teams are trained on new product launches as per global guidelines and local needs.

    Manage partner portal or similar learning & two way communication platforms in the Area.

    Share best practices amongst markets in Area and with Region / Global. Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of global standard practices.


    Qualifications

    University degree with strong experience in training program development or management. Minimum of 5 + years’ experience with exposure to retail management. Sales and marketing experience required.

    Broad understanding of mobile communication, internet services, consumer electronics & traditional mobile phones business

    General Purpose
     To maximize business performance and represent within the Area by managing the range, product supply and promotional activity.
    Scope of role includes all Nokia devices, enhancements and Software across delivered throughout the retail calendar

    To support the Areas SOPS head to drive tactical promotions and enable sales teams in providing analytics inputs for decision making.

    Main Responsibilities

    ·         Support Area to achieve sales and GM targets by managing range selection, product planning to retail calendar across business. Provide analytical support to sales teams to optimize opportunities.

    Provide all Area Retail Business Models specific Product range and quantity guidelines, through planogram and ‘Min-Max’ profile model guidance.

    Coordinate product profile demand needs with supply planning activities to optimize sales within the Area structure .Support Area sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets using channel promotional activity

    Lead business improvement actions based on historical product sales data, margin achievement and promotional activity data. Provide all specified business analysis data and management reports working together with global teams. Monitor store & partner inventory holding and target “optimum weeks stock cover” across the all business models

    Implement the portfolio guidance through execution of the Ranging and Merchandising Policy and principles
    Agree and implement actions regarding product prioritization and exclusivity
    Agree, implement and monitor key KPIs for supply chain management
    Agree, implement and monitor key KPIs for portfolio & category management at Area level

    Drive coordinated communication to all channels and business models on product roadmap, retail calendar, ranging principles, opportunities etc.

    Key interface with BU’s on range and planning needs, provide channel visibility enablement support in Area’s working closely with global teams.


    Qualifications
     University degree in Marketing, technology or business administration with strong analytical skills and extensive training in relevant field with minimum of 5-7 years of total work experience with supply chain , sales and commercial background.

    Experience in store range planning and space management techniques, retail P/L budgeting and product management, knowledge of retail store replenishment and product allocation systems.
