    • At least 15 years experience in a senior management role in the financial sector

    • Develop relevant methods that include data gathering to track and monitor progress.
    • Conduct gap analysis using data from the Regulator and external providers.

    • Oversee the preparation of monthly reports.
    • A first degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering or other related disciplines. A master's degree would be an
