  • Nutrition Program Officer: Abuja
    The Nutrition programme officer will provide technical support on voice and community mobilization to all State programme
    teams, develop a community mobilisation strategy in collaboration with the team and ensure implementation, support the
    programme team in the implementation of CMAM, IYCF, MNCH and advocacy; data analysis and report writing, ensure clear
    links and mutual reinforcement between programmatic approaches, write regular progress reports, including annual impact
    monitoring reports, contribute to the development of reports for meetings, workshop, training and programme implementation,
    Participate in meetings, training and other assessment/events as required by the Nutrition Adviser and National Programme Manager.

    Qualifications:

  • Voice & Community Mobilization Officer: Kebbi
     The Voice and Community mobilization officer will support the State team to ensure commitment and involvement of local
    authorities and community members in !he programme; and support community mobilization to ensure participation,
    sustainability of the nutrition programme as well as that the voices of community members, including women and children are heard. Identify policy and practice change, on the basis of Save !he Children's experience, that would promote and protect the
    rights of children, support in formulating key advocacy messages and targets from lessons learned, assessments, research and
    evidence gained through project implementation on Health and Nutrition, develop good knowledge of local and national
    govemment structures, parliamentary and pelnical processes and key decision making structures and how to influence them,
    Initiate and support lobbying, communications and other activities to inform and persuade policy makers, including donors and politicians, of the value of Save the Children's policy recommendations.


    Qualifications:
    The incumbent should possess a national diploma (ND/OND), in Health, Nutrition, Communications or
    related social science field, substantial experience in advocacy and policy development I research in the development context,
    good understanding of !he possibilities and tactics for influencing decision and policy makers, politicians, donors, and other key
    actors, ability to build and maintain relationships with partner agencies and key contacts in the government, NGO, civil society
    (coalitions) and media sectors, experience in training others in advocacy techniques and influencing tactics, prior work

  • Local Government Area Technical Advisor (LTA): Kebbi
     The Local Government Advisor will strengthen the capacity of the Local Government Area (LGA) nutrition focal person or team (as designated by the LGA) in management, delivery, and advocacy of cost-effective malnutrition prevention and treatment interventions (interventions include -Infant & Young Child Feeding, Community Management of Acute Malnutrition, Maternal & Child Health Weeks).   • Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator: Kebbi
    To assume a lead technical role in developing. implementing, and maintaining effective and appropriate Monitoring and
    Evaluation systems for all project activities in coordination with the project management and state teams, and in line with BMGF reporting requirements, and with SC guidelines and best practices.

    Ensure the Country Office (CO) premises are well equipped, fully functioning and fit for purpose to enable all staff to operate with maximum efficiency. Oversee the maintenance of Country office premises/residences, furniture, fittings and all equipment in
