Head, Strategy, Research and Corporate Communications

Reporting to the Managing Director/ CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the Bank's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the articulation of the overall corporate strategy and goals, and communicate same internally and externally (to existing and potential media, investors and partners)
Develop and implement frameworks for cascading/translating the overall goals into specific operational plans and targets
Articulate specific go-to market strategies to effectively penetrating new and existing markets
Develop and implement effective corporate communications and investor relations strategy
Oversee and ensure the collation of market and industry intelligence to support effective decision making

Head, Power and Renewable Energy (IFI002)
 Reporting to the Executive Director, Projects and Advisory, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and executing deals in the power sector.

Key Responsibilities

Originate transactions and manage investment teams while providing guidance for complex transaction structuring
Manage and lead senior investment professionals and oversee multiple project teams across the business unit
Drive new business activities and oversee proposals for innovative and flexible financial transactions and advisory services projects

Reporting to the Executive Director, Finance & Admin, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Bank's Human Resources and Admin functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of the bank's Corporate Services(Human Resources and Admin) strategy and ensure alignment with the organisation's overall strategic objectives
Oversee the planning and forecasting of the Bank's Human Resources requirements, including the monitoring of the organisation structure and manning levels
