Project Coordinator  Location: Ibadan

Specific Responsibilities:
General coordination and management of the project.
Coordinate partners’ and stakeholders’ activities, including creating enabling environment for effective project implementation.
Work with project M&E team to strengthen impact evaluation framework and coordinate with state team leaders in the measurement of project outputs and impact evaluation.
Collate, review and monitor project reports and ensure that they correctly reflect the performance on the field. Prepare and submit high quality programmatic reports in line with donor requirements.
Coordinate all capacity building activities including manuals review, ToT and training of CHEWs
Review training plans and align same to meet capacity needs at States, LGA and Community levels.
Leads advocacy to the Public and Private sectors to generate support for project
Provide technical assistance and support to States and Local governments in the implementation of the project, to promote ownership and sustainability.
Coordinate Project Close-out processes and Publications.


Qualifications:
An MBBS, with additional qualifications such as MPH and/or PhD in Social Sciences. Preference will be given to candidates with a previous managerial experience in FP programming. A minimum of seven years' experience with national, international or government agencies in training on family planning is required. The candidate should have strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent written and spoken English Language and proficiency in the use of Computer applications in MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and relevant web based M & E software used to generate project reports.

Finance Manager   Location: Ibadan

Specific Responsibilities:
Prepare and track budget, liability, and capital accounts and monitor financial status,
Manage fund disbursements (payment vouchers, cheques, and other banking transactions).
Ensure compliance with internal control and adherence to donors' financial policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliation statements, accounts payable, and account receivables, balance sheet and other reports for submission to donors, management and, internal and external auditors.

The Program Officer is responsible for program implementation under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and duties include:

Project Auditor

Specific Responsibilities:
As the internal auditor, your main responsibility is to review and improve project financial control and project risk management processes. This is to ensure the existence and effectiveness of internal controls, the reliability and integrity of financial & operational information, regular compliance with ARFH policies, instructions & guidelines, as well as donor rules.
Ensure the implementation of internal audit approach/plan for the project, monitor objectives and revise as appropriate;
Identify potential risk areas in the course of audits and investigations.
Ensure controls established are strictly adhered to and in line with ARFH policies and financial regulations by pointing out exceptions;
Prepare annual audit plan and audit calendar;
Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity;
Verify and check all supporting documents for purpose, value for money, eligibility and appropriate authorization;
Check and ensure that relevant processes are followed for procurements;
Follow through on proper, complete and timely retirements of advances;
Carry out Spot check on all movable assets including cash, vehicles and health commodities;
Perform investigations of suspected fraud or misappropriations and complete special projects as assigned;
Assist in external audit assignments of internal control and substantive testing accurately as requested, completely and in a timely manner.
Prepare reports including Executive summary, details of findings and recommendations on each assignment;
Summarize in a timely manner selected risk rated audit findings identified in audits and reviews for the semi-annual Internal Audit reports along with additional information that may be requested.

Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist / Coordinator HIV & Laboratory Services.

Specific Responsibilities:
Supervise laboratory activities and demonstrate application of chemical, biological and hematological principles, laboratory instrumentation, methods, principles and techniques.
Carry out laboratory investigations while observing safety precautions and handling of infectious specimens.-Design, implement and improve laboratory procedures and safety.

At least five years’ of related experience in medical laboratory field, and TB/HIV/AIDs, prevention, treatment, care and support. Candidates must be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria. Fellows of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria will also be an added advantage.
