General Secretary 
THE JOB:
The successful candidate who will report to the Board of Directors, will manage as well as coordinate efficiently and in a cost effective way, the total resources of the organisation in line with operative financial guideline cum Donor stipulations.

He/she will:

Ensure the diligent implementation of the Organisation's policies.
Create awareness and generate funds from local and international bodies to provide necessary resources for its programmes.
Corodinate and supervise the activities of departments under him/her

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate should be:

Between 35-50 years of age.
Highly educated with a minimum of a good first degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or Law
Recognised professional qualification will be an added advantage
