Roles and Responsibilities


Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and Inventories
Maintain restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu consistency
Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment
Responsible for quality control of all foods and set ups
Maintain upkeep of restaurant
Inspect and enforce standards at all times
Ensure that food handling policies and laws are being followed at all times
Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills


Minimum qualification is a degree/HND.
One year supervision experience strongly preferred (preferably in the fast food industry)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and general I.T Skills
Ability to work without supervision and make good decisions independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills
Must meet grooming standards
Substance testing is mandatory
