Key elements of the role

    Define the strategic direction for the CasaBella business divisions
    Develop the Beauty Academy 
    Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company’s divisions: distribution and retailing of beauty and grooming solutions in addition to the proposed beauty academy and salon services
    Conduct business opportunity assessments and identify new trends, products and services for growth for CasaBella to exploit
    Demonstrate a strong strategic and business acumen; together with excellent operations, business development, marketing, people management, leadership and project management abilities
    Design and execute marketing strategies for all ranges of products to reach customers and communicate brand message
    Identify, initiate and develop partnership opportunities for business growth

SITE ACQUISITION AND LEASING OFFICERLocation: Lagos

 The Site Acquisition/Leasing Officer will be responsible for performing all aspects of site acquisition process from site identification and qualification through the approval. Coordinate daily with Project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks while reporting progress to the Manager, Projects on a defined basis.

Key elements of the role:

    Report to the Manager, Projects
    Receive information on potential site locations
    Analyze information to determine viability of site, compliance with legal standards and eliminate site risk. Coordinate and attend the site survey
    Manage vendors on every step of the acquisition process: e.g lease negotiation, approval process
    Interact with Landlords to resolve site development and property management issues as well as clarify lease interpretations
    Review and interpret site lease, vendor contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance
    Coordinate and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, bonds and insurance certificates
    Manage lease agreement and renewal processes
    Interface with government agencies regarding land use and building entitlements
    Develop business cases for site acquisition based on legal review of the proposed lease
    Manage vendors to ensure all parties meet established time frames
    Proper documentation of all tenancy and lease records
    Prepare site investigation reports
    Execute other tasks as may be assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

    A good degree in Estate Management
    3-5 years real estate experience
    Membership of a recognized professional body is an added advantage

Required Grade:
The Architect would be responsible for all designs, preparation and delivery of architectural drawings and ensuring consistency of design specifications both on paper and on site.

Key elements of the role:

    Report to the Manager, Projects
    Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications for all projects
    Design and supervise implementation for existing branch upgrades, new branch roll out and special projects
    Carry out design reviews and amendments where necessary
    Coordinate the preparation of other  engineering drawings
    Responsible for thorough scoping and assessment of new projects
    Ensure that reported maintenance works are properly assessed and scoped
    Ensure all architectural projects are all completed on time and within budget
    Ensure that vendors are held liable to correct any defective work at no additional cost to the firm
    Work closely with other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors to achieve specified requirements
    Visit construction and renovation sites as required during the course of projects
    Monitor defects liability periods for projects executed
    Maintain timeliness and accuracy of all mandatory reports and project updates
    Ensure delivery of projects to specifications within timeline
    Execute other tasks as may be assigned

    Membership of Nigerian Institute of Architects

You will be working with some heavy hitters inside HealthPlus and with our partners. You will need to collaborate, influence, and make friends.

    Support the development and implementation of Marketing Plans and Brand Strategies across the organisation
    Digital Marketing Planning: website, mobile and social media marketing
    Media placement
    Develop specific promotional activities for the business units
