Job Purpose:
To manage, initiate, control and direct the activities of the business unit including undertakings and service centers;
To drive financial and operational performance of the service centres

Requirements
•Strong Knowledge of Utilities Industry or other related industries
•Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of management and marketing principles
•Excetlent interpersonal and communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others typically acquired through years of experience
•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Word)
•Excellent knowledge of basic financial accounting. Management and Cost Accounting; Financial Analysis and Interpretation
•Strategic Planning and Business Performance Management
•Strong business acumen
•Knowledge of relevant billings software and applications

Educational Qualification:
•A university degree in Engineering. Business Administration or any related field
•A master's degree in Business (ideally with a concentration in general management) will be an added advantage

Professional Qualification:
•Membership of a professional body in the Engineering or Marketing industry is an added advantage
•At least 7 years in a management or supervisory role

Job Purpose:
Take accurate reading of the meter
Submit for billing, write reports on all observed abnormally
Capture new customers. drive revenue and following up on payments
Distributing bills from house to house
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Promotional activities
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
Report Writing

Requirements:
Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Good spoken English and clear communication (ability to read. write and speak)
Presentable corporate appearance
IT and Numerical Skills
Good Team player
Good organisation and planning skills
Commercial awareness

Educational Qualification:
Minimum of OND (i.e. OND/HND/B.Sc) in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Physics, Electronics and other engineering related background; other disciplines, especially Marketing,
Business Administration, Accounting etc.
