Main Responsibility
Deliver Sustainable Competitive advantage for Lorna by:

    Effectively Managing the capacity & capability of the distributors and team to deliver Category share volume & Moment of Choice (MOC) Targets
    Ensuring the brilliant execution of all BTL activities as brief and on time
    High success rate of BTL activities.
    Deploying by Channel Category QDVP3 strategies
    Enabling Joint Value creation with customers
    Winning at the MOC via Brilliant execution

Sales Target and Operations:

    Ensure achievement of Monthly and Annual Target advised.
    Secure order from Distributors and follow up on delivery (End to End).
    Ensure 100% Distribution of all Lorna brands and SKUs in Distributors, Wholesale and Retail channels
    Create pull opportunity for increase sell out rate of all Lorna products in coverage area through 60% direct influence on sales to Wholesalers and Retailers.
    Cover the Wholesale and Retail channels as agreed on Journey plan.
    Accountable for recovery of debt and prompt payment by credit customers (Zero tolerance for non balance of account by month end by any credit customer)
    Weekly report of all activities and competitive intelligence report.
    Accountable for end-to-end execution of all BTL activities including ongoing tracking and evaluation
    Oversee supply function activities as it affects area of coverage.
    Spend Minimum 95% of the time in the trade with 5% for possible meetings and administration

Qualification and Experience

    Education: Minimum B.Sc / HND in Business Admin./Marketing/ Related fields
    Age: 23 - 35 years.
    Sex: Male/Female
    Minimum 3 years working Experience (At least 1 year in Hair and Cosmetics industry is desirable).
    Minimum of 1 year retail market experience
    Proven track record of achievement.
    A goal getter and people oriented professional.


    Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of Excel applications
    Analytical awareness.
    Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
    Good attention to detail
    Must be physically and mentally mobile
