Job Description
 It includes but is not limited to the following:
• Manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.
• Must be able to formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities so as to influence customers to choose the organization's products.
• Develop marketing strategies that will promote the company’s products to its target market with an aim of increasing its sales volumes and maintaining a competitive edge.
• Conduct marketing research which will enables the company to identify new market opportunities and to help create a market niche for its products.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends • Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Managing the production of promotional material
• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• Producing reports to monitor results
• Presenting findings and suggestions to management
 • Supporting and managing a marketing team.
