Job description

    Responsible for new clients acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with High Net worth clients
    Responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options
    Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the company on a monthly basis and generate MIS
    Develop new lines of business, targeting untapped business segments
    Maximize the company’s market share compared to competition
    Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the area of responsibility
    Prepare, forward and follow up on business proposals and presentations to companies and high net worth individuals
    Follow up with operations to ensure prompt execution of customers’ orders.
    Prepare call memos and review those of subordinates and ensure adequate follow up
    Ensure proper monitoring and documentation of customers’ accounts
    Provide advisory services to existing and potential clients.
    Conduct periodic meetings with Departmental staff to improve work processes and professional skills
    Provide periodic reports on Departmental plans and activities to Management
    Advise clients with regards to their investment and handle their orders
    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Desired Skills and Experience

    Applicant should be a graduate with at least 7-8 years of cognate experience
    Excellent knowledge of the economy, finance and capital market activities.
    Fluency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Analytical, sound credit skills, self-driven, proactive and target oriented.
    Strong ability to lead and manage people to achieve results
    Must possess strong networking and relationship building skills.
    Must have good existing client relationships in the market
